When I say 'Maple', you say 'Wood'. Ready? Maple...WOOD, Maple...*crickets*. Okay, maybe that was pushing it. Do you know what else is pushing it? Saying this house isn't FULL of CHARM! Because it abso-friggin'-lutely is. You've never seen 1,000+ square feet laid out amongst 3 bedrooms like this. So much smart use of space and storage! Each bedroom actually has a CLOSET - A rare find in 1902 ;) and the basement ceilings are MASSIVE (8 feet or so) plus - it's Missouri-dry! (that's the kind of basement that you've never seen get wet, but it's partially stone and in Missouri, so we can't in good conscience actually call it *DRY*). Then you go to the first floor and it's open concept AS WELL AS separate rooms (don't ask me how, it's unicorn-like magic). Speaking of magical, last but not even remotely least, the back patio looks out into a fairytale-like yard that makes you forget you're actually in Maple....What? This is where you're supposed to say 'Wood'.
