The Cabin - approximately 900 sf on the main floor, 450 sf in the sleeping loft, a 200 sf screened-in porch, and a large deck.

Kitchen - four burner electric stove with oven, wall-mounted microwave, double sink, and all cookware and utensils.

Living Area - queen-sized futon sofa, two swivel lounge chairs, dinning table with four chairs and a two-seater bench, wood-burning stove and all fireplace equipment.

Sleeping Loft - queen-sized platform bed with futon mattress, two sets of twin bunk beds, double-sized futon sofa bed.

Screened-in-Porch - three Adirondack-style Chairs, and a folding table that seats six. We're also including a sun-shade pop-up awning and four chairs for the beach.

Deck - Six Plastic Adirondack Chairs, and an outdoor shower.

Treehouse - two sets of bunk bed cots, two wood folding chairs, a home-made door table, and a portable air conditioner.
